Now signalling 2.0.10.10 as Stable update

Programmer’s Notepad 2.0.10.10 is now being signalled as a stable update to test the update mechanism. It’s been signalled for those checking for testing releases for the last few days and no show-stopping bugs have been found. Those with the default update check settings will now get this build in the next few days.

Note that this doesn’t mean this is the final stable build yet, although I have high hopes. I’ll leave it a few days longer before actually declaring the build stable for public consumption.

  1. No issues here. Looks good.

  2. Hi!

First, thanks for this great product! I use it for years and I can’t now use any other text editor! I love new improvements!

Not sure if it’s the correct place to say this, but since this new version, I can’t get open the very useful “Project Window”… I correctly have the checkbox in the menu and my project seems to be correctly opened but there is no window… Does something change on this release?

    Hope it helps!

    Raph!

Thanks, the Project window should still work as before, it’s possible that yours is floating off-screen somewhere or really small – this happens occasionally. To get the windows back you can run pn –reset to reset the user settings. You will have to reconfigure some things, but your windows should come back.

If you want details on how to do this without losing other settings then please post on the forums.

  4. Perfect! I feel very stupid… The window was indeed floating and very small… I restored it and it’s awesome! Many thanks again for this great feature!
