Free Monospace Font - Droid Sans Mono

Google’s Android project includes a nice family of fonts called Droid (from Ascender Fonts), which includes this rather nice monospace font:

The font looks fine with ClearType enabled, if a bit soft. The screenshot above is from Programmer’s Notepad with the dark theme with Droid Sans Mono at 9pt.
